Just got back from 1st International Kyudo Seminar in Tokyo, Japan:
Before forgetting about everything I have learned there, these are the notes:

1. Ashibumi: slightly wider, slightly pushed th hip forward but not too much, otherwise the back will get bent. keep the back straight. tighten the leg to create a solid foundation to support the back. close in the chin, so the entire back bone will stand up.

2. Douzukuri: relax teh shoulder, breath in and out, feel the air is filled in Danten.

3. Yugamae: When Tori kage, rotate both arm in. the center of rotation is based on elbow, not the thumb joint. Left hand Tenouchi should be formed, remember the keyword contact, and the position of zunomi, and the thumb bone and fore arm bone should remained straight.

4. Uchiokoshi: make sure keeping in center.
5. Daisan: right arm pit should be opened, push left arm forward, tsunomi shoud occur.keep arrow head low. make sure the neck is straight

6. Hikiwake: Breath in, hold the air. right thumb can touch the inside of the gloves. the right thumb travels in the arc motion around the ear. make sure the neck is straight.

7. Kai: keyword: "Mada, Mada, Mada, Mada", and keep pushing.

My native language is English, and I am not familiar with the word "zunomi". Could you please explain it in more English words?

to Ann:
it turns out I actually made a typo on the term.
the correct spelling is tsunomi(角見(つのみ)).
It literally means "meet the corner(of the bow)".
if holding the bow correcly, @ the Daisan, you should feel pinching feeling near the root of the left thumb, from the pressure of the bow.
